Are Instagram Unfollower Apps Safe? What You Need to Know

The problem with most unfollower apps
Most Instagram unfollower apps — like FollowMeter, Reports+, Followers Plus, and Followers Assistant — work by asking for your Instagram username and password. They log in as you, scrape your follower list from Instagram's private API, and show you the results.
This approach has three serious problems:
